Due to high demand, we are adding in one extra Santa's grotto date on the 20th of December. We are transforming our stately Magistrate’s Room into the most atmospheric Santa’s Grotto. Forget plastic decorations and long queues; come and meet Father Christmas the traditional way—seated by our grand open fireplace in a beautiful historic setting.
Celebrating Together We believe Christmas is about the whole family sharing the moment. That is why adults and family members enter for free.
Your Ticket Includes:
🎅 A Personal Visit with Santa: Meet with Santa by the roaring fire.
🎁 A Quality Gift: Every child receives a special gift to take home (from snow globes and ornaments to puzzles and stationery).
☕ Festive Treat: A child-size hot chocolate from our Courtyard Café to warm up afterwards.
📮 North Pole Post: Don't forget to bring your letters! Our magical North Pole Mailbox is ready for your Christmas wish lists.
Capture the Moment: Our professional photographer won't be present on this day. If you wish to have professional family photographs taken, please check out our grotto on the 6th and 1th of December.
The Spirit of Christmas To ensure the magic of Christmas reaches everyone in our community, we have reserved 12 complimentary spaces for local children who might otherwise miss out this year. Tickets: £8.00 per Child (Adults Free)
To keep the experience special for everyone, we are limiting entry to 6 children every half hour. This ensures you have plenty of time with Santa and no long waits. Please be sure to pick your preferred time when booking.
