✨ The HEAL Yoga Flow: Align Your Mind, Body, and Soul ✨
Join me for a free yoga class designed to help you reconnect with your purpose, empower your body, and create alignment in your life.
This flow is inspired by my Word of the Year, HEAL—Hope, Empowerment, and Living an Aligned Life. Through gentle movements, intentional breathwork, and grounding poses, we’ll explore how to bring harmony to your inner and outer worlds.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is for anyone ready to pause, reset, and nurture themselves from the inside out. 🌿
🧘♀️ What to Expect & Bring:
- A calming, all-levels yoga flow
- Guided breathwork and intention-setting
- Tools to carry alignment into your daily life
- Bring: yoga mat, blocks (optional), face towel, water bottle, beach towel or blanket to put your yoga mat on top for comfort
