Held within a beautiful riverside venue in the heart of Dartmoor. Luscious waterfalls, woodlands and standing stones are all around.
The retreat is an immersion into Nature, sacred sites, ancient ways and sound. We journey through inner and outer landscapes; emptying, so that that we may listen and attune with the wisdom within, and the wisdom within the earth.
This is an immersive journey, where we will be exploring the celtic wheel, our relationships with self, nature, each other, and the elements that sustain us. We will walk upon wild lands, attune with ancient sacred sites, cleanse and bathe in the wild rivers, vision and dream with the stars.
We will be working with breath, body, sound, and rituals with fire, water, air, stone, as well as plants and herbs for cleansing.
A week to detox and renew, with an organic juice fast or a gentle cleanse with juices and light meals.
Daily movement and breathwork sessions.
Guided walks on Dartmoor.
A deep, immersive program for healing, transformation, and renewal.
DARTMOOR
Laying within the South West of England, Dartmoor is an area of wild, ancient landscapes, rugged hills, stone tors, forest, rivers, waterfalls, and sacred sites. There are hundreds of standing stones, stone circles, cairns and places of mystery and old lore. This is a place that sings and echoes with ancestral memory. From the vast skies, bare rock and stone tors upon windswept hills, to the nurturing rivers surrounded by native forest with free roaming wild ponies, this is a truly magical land and a very special place for journeying and attuning with the ancient ways of our lands.
RECONNECTING WITH OUR LIVING EARTH:
We are all children of Mother Earth, and connected to all of life. As humanity, we have co-created our world, and if we recognise the world as a mirror, we come to see that there is much work for us each to do to restore the beauty and harmony, by healing from within.
My intention in offering these retreats is to create a space where we may attune, bring healing to, and deepen our connection with self, nature and all our relations. So that we may dream and weave the new world that our hearts know is possible. As we heal, we bring healing to the Earth.
CLEANSING & SELF~HEALING
The retreat is an opportunity to cleanse, to reset and re-tune - body-mind-heart. You will be fully supported in this journey through the week, with whichever pathway you choose. Options are: fasting with organic juices & smoothies; or a gentle cleanse with juices, smoothies, salad and/or soup. The cleanse is supported with the options of: healing herbs, water therapy, energy clearing, breathwork, river bathing, forest walks, meditation, sound, prayer and vibrational medicine.
