Join us for a transcendent Sound Bath Meditation designed to release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect you with all of the within, facilitated. Meditation is a foundational practice for calming the nervous system, resetting the vagus nerve, and recharging the pituitary center of the brain, all of which lead to a more balanced, healthy, and whole you. Over the centuries, meditation has provided the body and the spirit with restoration and natural healing. Meditation has a centering effect on the four bodies and has been identified to help treat the nervous system, mental health ailments, stress, and even the immune system.
In this frequency healing, you will experience heightened body awareness and cellular balancing to target the physical, emotional, mental, and etheric imbalances. Whether you're carrying the weight of a demanding job, emotional fatigue, or need a pause, this space is for you.
