Reiki Level 1 was the answer to that moment for me, and it might be for you too.
This in-person Reiki Level 1 training is a sacred initiation into the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage and a powerful starting point for those who feel called to reconnect with their healing gifts in this lifetime.
While Reiki Level 1 is traditionally focused on self-healing, it is also very often the activation point for lightworkers—the moment the energy begins flowing again, the switch turns on, and your intuitive senses deepen.
During this full-day immersion, you will:
• Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement
• Learn the history and lineage of Reiki
• Be taught the Reiki Level 1 symbol and how to work with it
• Learn how to give Reiki to yourself and experience brief practice with others
• Deepen your understanding of the chakra system
• Learn foundational energy practices to feel energy more clearly and work with it safely
• Learn how to smudge and clear energy intentionally
• Receive an introduction to reading oracle cards intuitively
• Gain tools to feel more grounded, balanced, centred, and connected to the Divine
This training is especially aligned for those who are sensitive, empathic, intuitive, or who know—deep down—that they are meant to serve in some way, even if the path is not yet fully clear.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:
Sara is an Intuitive Healer, Spiritual Teacher, Medicine Woman, Channel and Reiki Master. She was first initiated into Reiki during a dark night of the soul in 2018 and has never looked back. She is a trained Priestess who channels different beings of light including Mary Magdalene, Yeshua, Mother Mary, the spirit of the Earth and more.Sara supports people with inner child work, past life and ancestral healing. She also hosts events and plant medicine ceremonies, monthly women’s circles, group programs and more. She lives in the hemlock forest of Chelsea with her cat, Forest.
