We’ll begin with an Opening Circle honoring this Harvest Moon, followed by 90 minutes of guided practices. The evening will close with a calming Tea Ceremony and time for journaling or reflection.

This is an in-person gathering. Please wear comfortable clothes, and prepare to move, breathe, and meditate together in a supportive and uplifting environment.
Bring: water, a yoga mat, and an open heart. Additional options for added comfort: please feel free to bring a cushion, a journal, blankets, crystals, or an eye pillow.

About your guide:
Anita Manglani Mawji is a former Wall Street strategist turned healing guide. After a fast-paced career in finance and advertising, she left it all behind in the wake of 9/11 to pursue a life rooted in community, consciousness, and ancient wellness traditions. Raised in Mumbai and immersed in yoga, Ayurveda, and Eastern philosophy from a young age, Anita returned to these roots to heal herself from chronic illness, trauma, and burnout. Today, she helps others rediscover the power of mind-body-spirit healing—combining modern science, somatic therapy, and ancestral wisdom. Through her work, Anita empowers others to regulate their nervous systems, restore inner balance, and live with authenticity and vitality. Anita has guided people from all walks of life, from corporate professionals to docters and celebrities like Drew Barrymore. She is a passionate advocate for mental health, blending philosophy, movement, and somatic healing to help others reconnect with their most authentic selves. A Lyme survivor and trauma-informed practitioner, she has personally healed from chronic illness and now helps others find physical vitality, emotional resilience, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
