✨ A heart led class where we give ourselves permission to step away from our busy lives, just for a short while. Let’s nourish our mind, body and soul with embodied movement, creative explorations and restorative Yoga.
✨ My intention for this class is to create a nurturing space for us to come together, experience meditation, pranayama and mindful movement before relaxing into Restorative Yoga. We will also explore other wellbeing themes and link our practice to nature and the changing seasons.
✨ January’s class will be gently themed around Imbolc, the quiet turning point of the year that marks the first stirrings of spring. Together we will rest, soften, and create space for renewal, honouring the return of light and the subtle sense of possibility that begins to awaken at this time of year.
