Are you feeling confused by the new ways of the world, and your life? Are you curious how some people seem to see a bigger picture than the doom and gloom on the news? Tired of feeling anxious, frustrated, and depressed about the future? Interested in what all this talk about healing trauma and raising your vibe mean? I am a mindful life coach that’s passionate about helping to create a better world for all of us. I believe this is all happening for us to start to live in a much healthier way and build back a much healthier society/community.
Join me for an evening of deep discussions and mindful new approaches to our new everyday issues. I also host women’s circles and retreats but wanted to offer something for everyone. I’ve seen not everyone can afford to get coaching, or go on retreats, so I wanted to offer something, that irregardless of gender, financial struggles, etc., you can all attend! There’s only going to be a $22 donation and will include up to 2 hours of group discussions about ways we can all start to better our health and lives, a short meditation and energy cleanse, & light refreshments.
Simply Mindfully 🙏🏼
