Begin your evening with a signature cocktail or mocktail (up to £15) in the iconic Cloud 23 bar, taking in breathtaking views of the Manchester skyline. Then, descend to Podium, Cloud 23’s 2 AA Rosette-awarded restaurant, where a two-course festive menu awaits, paired with a glass of fine house wine.
