After months of vision and preparation, The Temple is finally ready to open its doors. This will be the official inauguration of the space — not only physically, but energetically. Together, we will open the circle, present the temple, and root its purpose with community.We are gathering at a very particular moment in time. Just days before, the skies brought us an eclipse season — two powerful eclipses that shook old structures and invited us to release what no longer serves. These eclipses may have triggered deep emotions, unexpected endings, or shifts in direction. They are known for bringing change, and their influence continues to ripple through us.
By September 27th, we will already be on the other side of those cosmic storms. The day of our gathering aligns with the energy of 13 Aq’ab’al in the Mayan calendar. Aq’ab’al represents the threshold between night and dawn — the mystery before clarity, the darkness where new life is seeded. The number 13 brings strength and transcendence, marking the close of one cycle and the opening of another.
In the Western sky, this day is illuminated by the New Moon in Libra. Libra is the sign of balance, harmony, and sacred relationship. This lunation invites us to plant new intentions for the way we connect with each other and with beauty itself. Together, these two systems point to the same truth: we are stepping through a threshold, leaving behind what was shaken by the eclipses, and entering a time of integration, renewal, and vision for the future.
In the ceremony we will:
🌿 Share ceremonial cacao to open the heart.
🌿 Present and open the space of The Temple.
🌿 Align with the four directions, meditate and set a collective intention.
🌿 Enter a shamanic journey to receive guidance and clarity.
🌿 Practice breathwork and voice activation.
🌿 Close with a circle of singing and drumming to anchor our collective energy.
This will be a 3.5-hour gathering, a portal to plant our first intentions in this temple — rooted in beauty, balance, and transformation.
