Part 1️⃣ A conscious connected breathwork journey to explore ourselves
Part 2️⃣ Crystal bowl + voice sound bath - to support integration and be held by sound
How to prepare for the session:
🍽️ Avoid eating 2 hours before
💧 Stay hydrated (avoid excessive drinking just before)
❌ No alcohol 48 hours prior
🧣 Bring a blanket and layered clothing (we strongly recommend you bring your own blanket for an enhanced experience)
📔 Carry a journal or notepad with a pen
We'll start by co-creating a safe space and then flow in the experience. We will have a 40-minute softly guided breathwork session followed by a 50-minute sound journey with optional group shares at the end. Please arrive by 6:50 PM for a prompt 7:00 PM start.
Who is leading the session?
Briony Gunson - Briony is a highly sought-after mindset coach, meditation teacher and breathwork trainer and facilitator. Briony blends mindset coaching with wellbeing tools she’s been teaching and practising since 2014. She loves to empower ambitious people to get clear on what’s important to them in life and business, and how to manifest their goals into reality and heal in mind and body as they grow. Sabira Botterill - Sabira is a professional Singer & Musician with 21 years of experience touring and performing all over the world. She is also a trained and qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner. She facilitates groups, retreats and 1:1 sessions in the UK and internationally since 2020 . Her voice has an ethereal enchanting tone to it. Venue parking - important!
Please ensure you have read the event description ahead of attending, to ensure you have all the details and come prepared.
*IMPORTANT* You will need to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow as the venue does not provide these.
There are parking spaces on Withington Road and on the junction of Egerton Road South and Daventry Road. The venue is located at the end of a residential street, so we need to be mindful of our neighbours. There is good access to public transport, and the Fallowfield Loop runs just behind us, so most people walk or cycle.
