Join me for a powerful evening of deep release and energetic cleansing as we breathe out the toxicity that builds up over the festive season — and even the emotional residue stored within us since childhood. This session is designed to help you let go of heaviness, stagnation and old stories, creating space for clarity, lightness and grounded calm.
We’ll begin with a grounding disclaimer & safety briefing, then move into a transformative breathwork journey. Breathwork isn’t always pretty — it can be raw, emotional and deeply revealing — but it’s through that depth that true healing begins.
After the breathwork, you’ll ease into a 45-minute sound bath, allowing vibration and frequency to soothe, settle and integrate everything you’ve released.
Because you’ll be lying down for around 1 hour 30 minutes, please bring:
🧘♀️ A thick, comfortable mat
🛏️ Cushions or a pillow
🛋️ A warm blanket
✨ Anything else that helps you feel supported
