Jill will move you through the mat series while mobilizing your spine and strengthening your core. Be prepared to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen every inch of your body.
SOUND BATH is a curated vibrational resonance using crystal singing bowls and various musical instruments that invoke the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep. Gab will guide you through a musical healing orchestra that relaxes and enhances your mind and body connection.
HOW TO PREPARE
Bring: water bottle, a mat, a pillow for head/neck + cozy blanket (for soundbath)
Wear: comfortable clothing
