In this Spirits in Motion class, (18 Steps, Levels 1 & 2), we practice the inner connection of mind to body. We utilize energetic mediative Qi-Gong breathing, while coordinating with Tai-Chi movements. By combining body posturing and mindful breath, we bring spirit into motion, thus illuminating the unity of the breath of life and the emotional foundations of self-defense.Class Tuesdays Weekly
