☮️Feel & Flow Yoga Sound Bath☮️Feel your body’s natural rhythm return with gentle yoga to the sound of crystal bowls.
A collaboration with GH Personal Training.
☮️Sunday 8th March
☮️12-13pm
☮️Silver Threads Hall, Donnington, TF2 8AD.
A combination of Beginner yoga, led by the lovely Gemma from GH Personal Training and therapeutic, sound frequencies of the Crystal bowls. Allow your body to be led by their vibrations to help you physically, emotionally and spiritually guide you back into balance.
☮️You will start by choosing an oracle card. This will help to set your intention for the healing session.
☮️Follow a guided sequence of guided yoga stretches.
☮️You will then get comfy for the sound bath. You’re welcome to sit or lie down using one of our mats provided.
☮️I’ll then play the singing bowls for around 20 minutes. During this time, you’ll tune into the bowls and their frequencies.
☮️The aim of the sound bath, is to help your mind feel calmer, your mood uplifted and more in tune with your body.
💫All mats, blankets and pillows are provided. But you’re welcome to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable.
💫£20 investment per person. Payment in full is required to secure your place. This is non refundable. Places are limited, so be sure to reserve your place.
