Nikita Chen,
Nikita started her career in the corporate banking world, then moved successfully into the FMCG business for more than 15 years. Thriving in her role as Product Manager and business consultant, she questioned the totality of humankind and purpose of her soul’s journey. From the time Nikita was a kid, she has been a seeker. Largely driven by a yearning, a longing to find the truth that will reveal her answers, peace and equanimity. In doing so, she sought out the best teachers and modalities in the world.
Her Quest for personal transformation and self-discovery has motivated Nikita to travel all over the world to find truth in monasteries, ashrams, buddhist temples and even into the deep jungle of the Amazons. Rather than fitting her dreams into the current lifestyle, she fits her lifestyle around her dreams.
Now, as a sought-after advisor and life coach, Nikita provides every encounter with inspiration and a powerful mindset in becoming an active co-creator in their life.

Jessica earned her degree in sociology and has been working in Human Resources for most of her professional life. Surprisingly set free from her corporate HR position, Jessica then began to rebrand, revitalize and powerfully recreate her life’s work and life’s purpose.
Now she loves being her Own Boss, coaching and consulting to both large organizations and the individual entrepreneur and everyday hero.
In her recreation, Jessica dove deep into neuroscience, breathwork and yoga, the psychology of success and the process on how to reframe, create and rediscover oneself and one’s purpose.
She has been driven by curiosity and passion to unleash one’s best version of themself.
Jessica traveled, lived, and consulted from New Zealand to Scandinavia, allowing her to move in and out from cultures with ease and effectiveness.

Chris’ background spans nearly two decades of transformational work and coaching hundreds of lives under mentorship from global luminaries including Tony Robbins, Marianne Williamson, Brendon Burchard, and the leadership of Landmark Education Worldwide, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to this pivotal opportunity. My journey, enriched by 25 years of championship track and field coaching and two Ironman Arizona finishes, reflects a deep-seated commitment to excellence and a profound understanding of human potential, that every one of us is looking for that podium moment in our lives, and that platform where we can know our work matters.
As the former 15-year curriculum writer, science department chair, and course developer at Los Angeles Zoo Magnet High School, I witnessed firsthand the power of education and leadership to ignite change and inspire growth. Now, as an executive coach, I am dedicated to harnessing that same power to drive meaningful transformation within the City of Long Beach.
