Then constallationwork might be of help to you. What we try to fix with understanding, words and stories, often needs something else.
On december 10th, Renee Snijder (from Stormvogel Coaching) will organise a workshop Constallationwork, together with Lis Pernot.
In (family)constellations we look to deeper layers, to the subconsious / shadowparts. Important information comes through, about aspects, people, experiences or events that need to be seen, felt, shared acknowledged or heard. If we start bringing these things in to the light, the energy is able to shift. More space for change is what follows.
The Family system / Ancestral Lines:
Our family systems and even our Acestral lines also have subconsious aspects. This can be people, events, epxeriences, trauma patterns or other things that became hidden because they where 'bad', 'unwanted' or 'to painful' to be out in the open.
The sytems we are a part of and their aspects/patterns have an (unconscious) effect on our lives. This can make it hard to change (reactive) patterns we get stuck in.
This can also come from the collective system / the society we live in.
In (family) constallations we can come face to face with these different aspects and communicate and connect with them.
We put people and/or objects in the room which represant family members, patterns, emotions or words. The options are very wide of things we can put in the space.
Then we can see what the elements are feeling, what they want and what they need. We see where the natural order of things has been distorted, and we seek the create a new balance. Not by fixing, but by letting all the elements be truly seen, expressed and heared.
Magic of the cosmic / energetic field:
Because we work with energy and the subconscious, something that feels like magic happens.
Whe work with the felt sense of the body and the present experience of each of the representatives.
We work from the still point of compassion and accepting all that is / that was, as it is. From this point, shifts in energy are more easely accomplished.

Who is organising this workshop?
Renee is an enthousiasic Sytemic Coach, who just finished three modules of intensive sytemic work training @ de Eerste Verdieping in Delft.
She also has expertise in ADHD / HSP coaching, Mindfulness / Somatic work and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
She is in the proces of stepping in to her power as a compassionate, energetic and intuitive strong facilitator of constallations.
Lis is a talanted student of systemic work with expertise in Black lights astrology and NLP. She is a steady, sensitive and loving presence with an intelligent charm and wit. She will serve as a spaceholder during the workshop.
Together they make a good team with balance between different energies.
For who is this workshop?

Experience is not needed, we will take you along in a soft way to show you what this beautiful work is all about.
We will start with some theory, some exercises to get familiair with the work and then we will do a few constallations. We take questions from the participants and choose a few to work with on the day.
Even if you are not one of the questioners you can still get beautiful and important messages and insights for yourself, by being a representant or as a spectator.
Come with an open mind and maybe the intention to get out of your comfort zone a little ;)
