Our afternoon of deep rest and relaxation will incorporate many types of rest, including physical, mental, sensory and spiritual rest.
We will begin with restorative yoga to relax the body. These quietening poses will help to soften tight muscles, soothe the nerves and bring us into a state of rest and digest, free of the stress and tension of fight or flight.
Next we will move deeper inwards with some breathwork - the gateway to our inner world - bringing us further into stillness and peacefulness.
The session will finish with a healing sound bath with Paps @the.goodvibration using the vibrations from gongs, drums and Tibetan bowls to restore balance and harmony in the body and promote relaxation and healing.
