A private 121 session with Ali to focus on your yoga journey.
Nutritious, Fresh and Local Vegetarian Food-
During your stay, you will be taken care of by the team of Spanish chefs, passionate about inner health. All food is locally sourced meaning everything is the freshest it can be.
I have curated a schedule to ensure no more time keeping, plenty of time for yourself, minimal stress and guaranteed rejuvenation.
Excursions- Morning and evening yoga sessions, Sunset Hike and yoga workshop.
NEW- My awakening African Flow and Yoga Barre classes are also included for those who would like so heart pumping exercise whilst here.
