About this Event
As the days grow shorter, we gather to create our own personal Christmas wreaths that bring light, warmth, and hope.
What is it? The wonderful florists from Violets and Daisies will instruct you all the way and there will be lots of beautiful foliage and exciting bits and bobs to decorate with - no two door wreaths will look alike!All materials and tuition are provided to create an outstanding decoration as well as mulled wine and festive snacks!
There will also be the opportunity to take part in our amazing Christmas raffle - your chance to win some absolutely fabulous prizes! Why not bring a friend and enjoy a wonderfully festive evening out? You won’t only craft a wreath, you will weave hope into every branch — hope for a gentler world.
All abilities are welcome from complete beginners to experts and all materials will be provided.
When is it? Monday 1st December 2025 at 7pm.
Where is it? ‘Plimsoll Building’, Girlguiding Sheffield Outdoor Activities Centre, Whiteley Wood, Common Lane, Sheffield S11 7TG. (Please note that parking is only available for anyone with limited mobility, please park at the end of the drive (on Common Lane) and walk down the drive.)
How much is it? Tickets are £45 per person, which includes a donation to the work of Hope English School as well as everything you need to create your own stunning wreath, ready to hang pride of place on your front door!
