4 week course, Wednesdays 5th - 26th Nov 2025, 10-12pmThis community-led cooking course celebrates local Hillfields cooking talent, family traditions and cultural recipes. Supported by our Community Kitchen Lead, four local Hillfield residents will be guest teachers and teach delicious recipes that are important to them, their family and their culture. The course will give participants the chance to cook and eat together whilst providing affordable, practical cooking skills.
The course is designed for anyone aged 18+ who wants to learn about foods from Hillfields. Please note: This course will be vegetarian (please let us know if you have any dietary requirements)

Week 1: Maria will be teaching us her famous Falafel recipe
Week 2: Hind will be teaching us her delicious Dolma recipe
Week 3: Edda will be teaching us her fantastic Fajita recipe
Week 4: Rashida will be teaching us her beautiful Bhaji recipe
