THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE
- First, you will be working on a combination of your voice and mind.
- Second, it’ll be led by two people from different backgrounds but both of whom are storytellers:
Vicky Harrison, a professional singer and fully qualified Complete Vocal Technique Coach. She specialises in teaching rock effects to singers making her more than qualified to teach you exactly how to TRUST yourself and your voice.
Lucy Day, an accredited ICF and leadership Coach who specialises in facilitating conversations that enhance connection, creativity and resilience. She will help you to understand how emotions can enhance your communications and build stronger relationships.
What you’ll learn:
- How the human voice works: how to manage the physical and emotional aspects of your voice so that you can communicate in a way that people will listen.
- How the brain responds to our feelings and the effect that has on our ability to speak with authority.
- Performance anxiety: powerful tricks to help you manage yours.
- Reframing: How to manage any limiting beliefs.
- Using your body to project confidence and increase presence.
- How emotions can help us to connect with colleagues and clients.
