Join us for a fundraising supper club to celebrate local seasonal produce cooked by local chefs championing sustainability & community.Hosted by Diego Ricaurte (chef patron Palmito, Hove) alongside:
Vicky Cowan (plant based chef, ex Apricity Restaurant (Green Michelin star)
Kat Kocsis (fermenter/forager writer of 'Forage to Fork' cookbook)
Together they will showcase Palmito-style dishes celebrating some of the local producers they work with. This a a chance to enjoy some tapas style small plates, learn chef's tips, hear about what inspires them and what makes this style food of special.
