About this Event
Join us at Doon Heritage Village and Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum for a day of Easter celebration! Hunt for eggs in the historic village, take a photo with the Easter Bunny, make some friends at the petting zoo, create a special spring craft, and more! The museum galleries, including our Kids Discovery Space, will be open all day for exploration. Hungry? Grab a snack from Hazel’s Cafe in the museum!
This event has timed-entry tickets, with start times at every half hour beginning at 10:30am until 2:30pm. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a egg hunt break from 12-1pm to give our team a chance to reset.
Children ages 0-4 can hunt for eggs in our littles-friendly space in the Upper Village, while children aged 5+ will be hunting in the Lower Village. Once you find all your eggs, exchange them for treats and prizes! Keep an eye out for the Golden Egg; if you find it, you can win a special prize from the museum gift shop!
Feel free to bring your own Easter basket or bag; there will be paper bags provided for those who need one!
