সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্টে। মোট ৫০ নম্বরের পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে এবং সময় থাকবে ৪০ মিনিট। এক কথায় উত্তর এবং বহুনির্বাচনী- ২ পদ্ধতিতেই প্রশ্নপত্র হবে। নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়ে পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবেঃ

৩) প্রবন্ধ লিখন
সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্ট এ। প্রতিযোগীদের নির্ধারিত বিষয়ের উপর প্রবন্ধ লিখতে হবে। উৎসবের দিন প্রবন্ধ লেখার সময়ের শুরুর আগে প্রবন্ধের বিষয়বস্তু জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে এবং সময় দেয়া হবে ৪০ মিনিট।
৪) কবিতা আবৃত্তি
জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি ও সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্টে। প্রতিযোগীদের বাংলা ভাষায় কবিতা আবৃত্তি করতে হবে, সময় দেয়া হবে ৩ মিনিট।
৫) গল্প লিখন
এটি একটি একক সেগমেন্ট। জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি এবং সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরি এর শিক্ষার্থীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করবে। প্রতিটি ক্যাটাগরি থেকে সেরা তিনটি গল্পকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। এটি একটি স্বতন্ত্র সেগমেন্ট। গল্পের একটি পিডিএফ ফাইল ৩১শে মে, ২০২৪ এই মেইলে পাঠাতে হবে - [email protected]
৬) চিত্রাঙ্কন
সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। ভাষা আন্দোলন এর বিষয়বস্তুকে কেন্দ্র করে চিত্র আঁকতে হবে। আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ থেকে প্রতিযোগীদের জন্য কার্টিজ পেপার সরবরাহ করা হবে। সময় দেয়া হবে ১ ঘন্টা ৩০ মিনিট।
৭) রম্য বক্তৃতা
জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি ও সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্টে। প্রতিযোগীদের লটারির মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত বিষয়ের ওপর আঞ্চলিক ভাষায় রম্য বক্তৃতা উপস্থাপন করতে হবে। উৎসবের দিন রম্য বক্তৃতা সেগমেন্ট চলাকালীন সময়ে প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগী তাঁর বক্তৃতা দেয়ার ৬ মিনিট পূর্বে লটারির মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত বিষয় জানতে পারবে এবং নির্ধারিত বিষয় জানার পর ৬ মিনিট সময় পাবে বক্তৃতা গুছিয়ে নেয়ার জন্য। রম্য বক্তৃতা অবশ্যই আঞ্চলিক ভাষায় এবং হাস্যরসাত্মক হতে হবে এবং সময় দেয়া হবে ৩ মিনিট।
৮) সুন্দর হাতের লেখা
সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। সেগমেন্টের শুরুতে প্রদত্ত অনুচ্ছেদ লিখতে হবে প্রতিযোগীদের এবং সময় দেয়া হবে ১৫ মিনিট।
৯) দুরুচ্চার্য বাক্য (Tongue Twister)
সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। মঞ্চে প্রতি প্রতিযোগীকে ১০ টি করে দুরুচ্চার্য বাক্য (Tongue Twister) দেয়া হবে যেখানে প্রতি বাক্য একটানা ১০ বার দ্রুততার সাথে বলতে হবে। উদাহরনস্বরূপঃ জলে চুন তাজা, তেলে চুল তাজা।
১০) দেয়াল পত্রিকা (গ্রুপ সেগমেন্ট)
প্রাইমারি, জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি এবং সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্ট এ । দলীয় ভাবে অংশ নিতে হবে। এক দলে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ জন থাকতে পারবে। দেয়াল পত্রিকার বিষয়ের নাম হচ্ছে "বাংলাদেশে ভাষাসমূহ", যেখানে বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন আঞ্চলিক ভাষা এবং আদিবাসী বা নৃগোষ্ঠীদের ভাষা নিয়ে বিভিন্ন চমকপ্রদ তথ্য প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। দেয়াল পত্রিকার আদর্শগত আকার ৫ ফুট বাই ৪ ফুট, তবে এর চেয়ে কম বা বেশি হতে পারবে।

মাত্র ৩০০ টাকা রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি দিয়ে একজন প্রতিযোগী নিজের ক্যাটাগরি অনুযায়ী সবগুলো সেগমেন্ট এ অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে ।
যদি শিক্ষার্থী দুপুরের খাবার পেতে ইচ্ছুক হয় তবে তাকে সর্বমোট ৪০০ টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সে সকল সেগমেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা যাবে অনলাইনে এবং অফলাইনে উভয় পদ্ধতিতেই।

রেজিস্ট্রেশন_করার_নিয়মাবলীঃ
১) অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে -
- প্রথমে আমাদের অফিসিয়াল মার্চেন্ট নাম্বার এ রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি এর টাকা পাঠাতে হবে ।
মার্চেন্ট নাম্বার - 01313631077
বিকাশ/নগদ/উপায়/ট্যাপ/ওকে ওয়ালেট - এই ৫ টি মাধ্যমের যে কোন একটি মাধ্যম দিয়ে ফি পাঠাতে হবে ।
ফি পাঠানোর সময় 'সেন্ড মানি' অপশন সিলেক্ট না করে 'পেমেন্ট' অপশন সিলেক্ট করতে হবে ।
রেফারেন্স দিতে হবে – 4NLC.
যদি দুপুরের খাবার সহ ইভেন্ট এর জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে চায় সেক্ষেত্রে রেফারেন্স দিতে হবে – 4NLCL
ফি পাঠানোর পর সেই ট্রানজেকশন এর 'ট্রানজেকশন আইডি (TrxID)' এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হয়েছে সে নাম্বারটি সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে ।
অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশনের জন্য প্রদত্ত ফর্ম এ নিজের তথ্য গুলো প্রদান করার সময় ফর্ম এ উল্লেখিত অপশন এ রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি এর সেই ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হয়েছে সেটি উল্লেখ করতে হবে ।
তাহলেই রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন হয়ে যাবে ।
উল্লেখ্য যে, ফি পাঠানোর সময় 'পেমেন্ট' অপশনে রেফারেন্স কোড না লিখলে/ভুল লিখলে সেই পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।
পাশাপাশি ফর্ম এ ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হবে সেটি উল্লেখ না করলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।

২) অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি
(১) - সরাসরি আমাদের অফিসে এসে ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে
৩) অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি (২) - সরাসরি আমাদের কোন স্বেচ্ছাসেবক/ক্যাম্পাস ডিরেক্টর কাছে প্রদত্ত ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে ।
৪) অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি (৩) - আমরা ১০০ টি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে দাওয়াত পত্র এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফর্ম পাঠাবো । নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্তৃপক্ষ/ দায়িত্ব প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষক/ক্লাব কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট প্রদত্ত ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে ।
অন্যান্য নিয়মাবলীঃ
১) প্রতিযোগিতার দিন প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে তার নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত পোশাক পরিধান করে আসতে হবে এবং সাথে পরিচয়পত্র (আইডি কার্ড) সাথে রাখতে হবে ।
২) অনুষ্ঠান শুরুর কমপক্ষে এক ঘণ্টা আগে ভেন্যুতে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে ।
৩) রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ছাড়া কোন রেজিস্ট্রেশন গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।
৪) স্পট রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর কোন ব্যবস্থা থাকবেনা ।
৫) রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর সময় শেষ হবার পর সবাইকে ই-মেইলে একটি প্রবেশ পত্র পাঠানো হবে । প্রবেশ পত্রটি প্রিন্ট করে প্রতিযোগিতার দিন সাথে আনতে হবে ।
যে সকল কারণে রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য _হবে
১) অনলাইন/অফলাইন ফর্মে নিজের সম্পর্কে মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
২) অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় ভুয়া ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং ভুয়া নাম্বার প্রদান করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৩) ইভেন্ট এর দিন পরীক্ষায় বা অন্য কোন সেগমেন্ট এ কোন অসদুপায় অবলম্বন করলে এবং পরীক্ষার হলে কোন মোবাইল কিংবা ইলেকট্রিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৪) ইভেন্ট এর দিন ভেন্যুতে কোন বিশৃঙ্খলা সৃষ্টি করলে, নিজের সাথে কোন প্রকার আগ্নেয়াস্ত্র, সিগারেট বা কোন নেশা জাতীয় দ্রব্য বহন করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৫) নিজ বা অন্য কোন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোন শিক্ষার্থীর প্রতি অসম্মানজনক আচরণ করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৬) কোন ছেলে/মেয়ে শিক্ষার্থীর প্রতি মানসিক বা শারীরিক কোন অত্যাচার করলে, টিজ করলে, সেক্সচুয়াল হ্যারেস্মেন্ট করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৭) পুরো সময় মাস্ক পরিধান করা বাধ্যতামূলক । কেউ মাস্ক পরিধান না করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৮) কোন শিক্ষার্থী ইভেন্ট এর কোন সম্পদ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৯) কোন শিক্ষার্থী ইভেন্ট এর কোন সম্পদ চুরি/আত্মসাৎ করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
১০) ইভেন্ট এর আগে বা পরে বা ইভেন্ট চলাকালীন সময়ে কোন শিক্ষার্থী/অভিভাবক সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া বা অন্য যে কোন মাধ্যমে ইভেন্ট, আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ এবং ভেন্যু কর্তৃপক্ষ নিয়ে কোন নেতিবাচক মন্তব্য প্রকাশ করলে এবং মিথ্যাচার করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
উপরিউক্ত যে কোন দোষে কোন শিক্ষার্থী দোষী সাব্যস্ত হলে তাকে ভেন্যু ত্যাগ করতে বাধ্য করা হবে । এক্ষেত্রে আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ এবং ভেন্যু কর্তৃপক্ষ সেই শিক্ষার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে প্রয়োজনে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে ।
পুরস্কার
১. প্রতিটি বিভাগে সেরা ৩ প্রতিযোগী বা সেরা ৩ টিমকে প্রতিটি বিভাগে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। পুরস্কার হিসেবে ক্রেস্ট ও সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হবে। তবে স্থান পাওয়ার জন্য অংশগ্রহণকারীদের অবশ্যই কমপক্ষে ৫০% নম্বর পেতে হবে।
২. প্রত্যেক অংশগ্রহণকারীকে অংশগ্রহণের একটি সার্টিফিকেটও দেওয়া হবে।
বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য
১) ইভেন্ট এর রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি অফেরতযোগ্য।
২) ‘Youthpreneur Network’ এই প্রতিযোগিতায় যে কোন পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন, পরিবর্ধন, পরিমার্জন এবং এই প্রতিযোগিতার কল্যাণে যে কোন সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়ার অধিকার রাখে এবং এ ব্যাপারে অন্য কোন প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং ব্যক্তির কাছে কোনরূপেই দায়বদ্ধ নয়।
৩) সকল প্রতিযোগীকে অংশ গ্রহনের সনদ পত্র দেয়া হবে। এটি ব্যতীত অন্য কিছু দেয়া হবেনা।

Segment:
1) Bangla Olympiad
Contestants of all categories can participate in this segment. Total 50 marks exam will be held and duration will be 40 minutes. The question paper will be made with both short question and multiple choices. Examinations will be held in the following subjects:
•Grammar- 10 marks
•One-word substitution– 10 marks
•Homophone words- 10 marks
•Origin and history of Bengali language- 10 marks
• Synonyms- 10 marks
Questions will come from grammar for primary category only.
2) Language Olympiad
Contestants of all categories can participate in this segment. Total 50 marks exam will be held and the duration will be 40 minutes. The question paper will be in short answer and multiple choice-2 mode. Examinations will be held in the following subjects:
•Bengali Grammar- 20 marks
•English Grammar- 20 marks
•Origin and History of Different Languages- 10 Marks
Only for primary category questions will come from Bengali Grammar and English Grammar.
3) Essay writing
Contestants of all categories can participate in this segment. Contestants have to write essays on prescribed topics. Essay content will be given before the start of essay writing time on festival day and the time will be 40 minutes.
4) Poem Recitation
Contestants from Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary and Senior categories can participate in this segment. Contestants have to recite poems in Bengali language, time will be given for 3 minutes.
5) Story writing
This is a story-writing contest. Students from Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary & Senior will participate in this segment. From each category, the best three stories will be rewarded. This is an individual segment. A pdf file of the story should be sent through 31st May 2024 to this mail - [email protected]
6) Painting
Contestants of all categories can participate in this segment. The language movement should be drawn based on its content. Cartridge paper will be provided for the contestants by the organizing authority. Time will be given for 1 hour 30 minutes.
7) Rhetoric
Contestants from Junior, Secondary, Higher Secondary and Senior categories can participate in this segment. The contestants will have to present a speech in the regional language on a topic determined by lottery. During the speech segment on the day of the festival, each contestant will get to know the topic decided by lottery 6 minutes before giving his speech and after knowing the topic, he will get 6 minutes to prepare his speech. Speeches must be in vernacular and humorous and the time limit is 3 minutes.
8) Handwriting Contest
All category contestants can participate in this segment. Contestants have to write the given paragraph at the beginning of the segment and time is given for 15 minutes.
9) Tongue Twister
All category contestants can participate in this segment. Each contestant will be given 10 tongue twisters on the stage where each sentence has to be said rapidly 10 times in a row.
10) Wall Magazine (Group Segment)
All category contestants can participate in this segment. Must participate as a team. A group can have a maximum of 3 people. The theme of Wall Magazine is 'Languages of Bangladesh' where different types of dialects and indigenous languages of Bangladesh should be highlighted. The ideal size of wallpaper is 5 feet by 4 feet, but it can be smaller or larger.
Registration Procedure
Registration fee: 300 BDT only .
If the student wants to get lunch meal, he/she has to pay a total of 400 BDT only.
By paying the registration fee he/she can participate in all the segments.
Registration can be done both online and offline.

Rules for registration:
1) To register online –
First, you have to send the registration fee to our official merchant number.
Merchant number - 01313631077
BKash/Nagad/UPAY/Tap/OK Wallet - Fee has to be sent through any one of these 5 mediums.
When sending fees, you have to select the 'Payment' option without selecting the 'Send Money' option.
Must give a reference – 4NLC
if wishing to register for an event including lunch applicant must use reference – 4NLCL If any of the transaction apps ask for a counter number, then type '1'.
After sending the fee, you need to save the 'Transaction ID' (TrxID) of that transaction and the number from which the fee was sent.
When submitting your information in the form provided for online registration, you must specify the transaction ID of the registration fee and the number from which the fee was sent in the option mentioned in the form. Then the registration will be completed.
Note that if you do not enter the reference code in the 'Payment' option while sending the fee or if you type incorrectly, the payment will not be accepted.
Registration will not be accepted if you don't mention the correct transaction ID and the transaction number in the registration form.

2) Offline Registration Procedure
(1) - Registration can be completed by coming directly to our office and filling out the form and submitting the registration fee.
(2) - Registration can be completed by filling out the form given directly to any of our Volunteers/Campus Directors by paying the registration fee.
(3) - We will send invitation letters and registration forms to 150+ educational institutions. Registration can be completed by filling up the form given to the authority/responsible teacher/club authority of the respective educational institution by paying the registration fee.
Other Rules
1. On the day of the competition, each student has to come wearing his/her institutional uniform and keep his/her ID card with him/her.
2. Must be present at the venue at least one hour before the start of the event.
3. No registration will be accepted without a registration fee.
4. Calculator can be used.
5. The last date of registration is 28th May, 2024, 2024. After that, no more registration will be accepted.
6. After the end of the registration period, online registered participants will be sent an admit card by email. The admit card has to be printed and brought along on the day of the competition. Offline registered participants will get the admit card after filling out the form & paying the fee.
For all the reasons that the registration will be considered canceled -
1. If you provide false information about yourself in the online/offline form, the registration will be considered canceled.
2. Providing fake transaction IDs and fake transaction numbers during online registration, the registration will be considered canceled.
3. On the day of the event, in case of any misconduct in the examination or any other segment and if any mobile or electric device is used during the examination, registration will be considered as canceled.
4. If you create any disturbance in the venue on the day of the event, if you carry any kind of firearms, cigarettes or any intoxicants with you, its registration will be considered canceled.
5. If a student behaves in a disrespectful manner towards a student of his own educational institution or any other educational institution, the registration of that student will be considered canceled.
6. If a student commits any mental or physical abuse, teasing, sexual harassment against the other student, his/her registration will be considered canceled.
7. It is mandatory to wear a mask all the time. If someone does not wear a mask, his registration will be considered canceled.
8. If a student damages any property of the event, his registration will be considered canceled.
9. If a student steals/embezzles any assets of the event, his registration will be considered canceled.
10. Before or after the event or during the event, any student/parent through social media or any other means to make a negative comment/statement about the event, the organizing authority and the venue authority and lie, his registration will be considered canceled.
If any participant is found guilty of any of the above, he/she will be forced to leave the venue. In this case, the organizing authority and the venue authority will take legal action against the student if necessary.
Rewards
1. The best 3 candidates or Best 3 teams from each category will be awarded in each segment. Medals and certificates will be awarded as prizes. But to get the place, participants must get at least 50% marks.
2. Every participant will also be given a certificate of participation.
Special Note
1. The event registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Youthpreneur Network reserves the right to make any changes, modifications, additions and decisions regarding the benefit of the carnival and is not liable in any way to any other organization or individual.
