Love's Triangle offers authentic call and response chanting from diverse devotional traditions every second Sunday in Duncan and every third Sunday in Nanaimo. The chants are easy to learn. For many, the practice has a powerful heart-opening effect and it is best understood through direct experience. Bring your energy and enthusiasm, dance, sing, or just rest your heart a while. All is welcome. Attendance is by Drop-in. Kirtan is offered as part of the Bhakti (devotional) yoga tradition and most participants sit on pillows on the floor. There will be chairs available.
