About this Event
???????? ?? ??????
ֆɛӼ is a spiritual technology. We come together to honor it as such.
Commune with Eros, your sensual intuition + your body's natural healing intelligence. Your ??????!? ???????? of self քʟɛǟֆʊʀɛ has the power of creation, revelation, + healing.
You set the energy + intention in this choose your own adventure....

This immersive experience combines tantric meditation, play, self-massage, synchronized breath + authentic movement techniques. You're invited to sink deeply into surrender, listen to the intuition of your body, + build an intimate connection with self that will last a lifetime.

Reclaim your ????!? ?????????.

Allow the divine spark within you to rise to the surface + be celebrated!

UNEARTH the liberated, decolonized, uncivilized powerful self that is deeply connected to our instincts, intuition, + natural intelligence.
This is the yoga of embodied awareness.

????????? is a mental, spiritual, emotional journey of high vibrations. ????????? isn't the act of being ???? but of letting go and being free. Any level of ?????? is welcomed, whether topless, fully ???? , or clothed.

This is a trauma-informed queer-centered space to express yourself + experience freedom in whatever way you’re comfortable.Have you felt Muditā?

It's our primal, instinctual joy - a sympathetic or vicarious sensation - the pleasure that comes from delighting in other people's pleasure. Similar to compersion, (the feeling of pleasure in witnessing your partner's pleasure that so many polyamorous folks experience) Muditā awakens absolute compassion + connects us on a deep, somatic level.

We achieve orgasmic resonance through the interpenetration of sound when we practice pleasure spellcasting in a circle of intentional queer community.

Come celebrate togetherness with connection to ourselves, the earth, + each other!

Experience emotional integration for real life activation.

Please note: There will be NO ticket sales at the door.

Step through the ???????? ??????...Creating a Culture of Consent

In Consent Culture, people feel in control of their bodily autonomy + boundaries. They feel free to change those boundaries at any time according to their individual desires and needs.

Consent Culture is about having respect + compassion for ourselves + all others.

Consent Culture is a culture in which interactions are collaborative and as mutually agreeable as possible.

DISMANTLE the culture of coercion by creating safety, fun, + ease.

We can help grow social structures that are based on caring + collaboration, rather than individualism + competition.

Community Agreements
We are each responsible for our own energy. To create a brave space, we agree to follow these boundaries:
  1. Enter the arena together! That means everyone is equally vulnerable. Voyeurism is not welcome. Participation is key.
  2. Show up! Respect everyone's experience by arriving to class 5 min early set up rather than interrupting the experience with late arrivals. Doors close 10 min after class starts. No late entries, it interrupts the experience for everyone. No refunds if you arrive late.
  3. Honor your limits! Be honest about your capabilities. This is not a competition. Your needs are not an inconvenience. You are autonomous over your experience. Advocate for yourself, what you want + what you enjoy!
  4. Take in the beauty of the body + engaging with ???-?*???? ??????! Clothing is optional, you may dress or undress to your comfort as we practice. You will feel ?*???? energy awaken within your body, that is welcome + OK! The only body you will touch is your own.
  5. ?????? is not the goal. We surrender to the process of awakening pleasure in every area of the body. We play with edging + building intensity at your own pace. Follow the body's rhythm without expectation of release, allowing the experience to unfold naturally.
  6. This is a queer space. Transphobia or homophobia will not be tolerated. Trans women are included when I use the word women. Anyone who identifies as a woman or femme or just wants to worship the divine femme within themselves is welcome. Closed to cisgender heterosexual men.*

*the only way a cishet man may earn entrance is by: Completing BOTH the Bare Yoga + Embodied Breathwork AND Cuddles + Consent Classes THEN Speaking to Lior in person about their intentions + expectations.

FAQ: Things you might be wondering

Q: If I've never done yoga or breathwork or group ֆɛӼ ????? can I still come?

A: Yes! Absolutely, these practices are gentle + accessible.

Q: If I'm an experienced yogi will this be like other yoga classes?

A: No! There will be a few familiar elements in the beginning + end. For example: we begin in seated meditation + close with Savasana but in-between we explore all sorts of techniques that may be new invitations for you.

Q: Is this just ?????????????

A: No! The ????!?!?? of embodiment is about deeply inhabiting the body on a sensory level. We create a ritual container for a slow, deep union between body + soul. This sounds complex but it's really about noticing, experiencing, + breathing! All very simple elements you're familiar with.

Q: What do you mean by ?????????

A: We're pursuing ???????? in a whole new context. We're trying to enhance the communication between YOUR BODY + YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS so that you can be connected, clear, + in a nourishing partnership. Your body will rise to the energy demands of your dreams naturally when you take good care of yourself + LISTEN to its grounded wisdom. Look for what feels good + follow it, it's that simple.

Q: Will I be allowed to ???????

A: There are no rules for when or how you choose to release. This is YOUR experience. I will invite you to drag things on for as long as possible + encourage you to stay in sync as I walk everyone through the sensory experiments together, but you won't be in trouble for c?ming early, late, or not at all.

Q: How ????? do I have to be?

A: You don't 'have' to be anything, you get to show up however you like! I encourage you to follow the path of most comfort. Tune into your temperature as we practice and adjust your clothing to suit your ideal climate. We're all taking the same, equal risk in mutual vulnerability and growth.

Q: Accessibility of the studio?

A: Free parking in the St. Simon and Maria Goretti Catholic Highschool lot. One flight of stairs to the studio, no ramp. Premium air filters in place and complete sanitation before and after class.

Pre - After Care: How to Plan for Integration
Breathwork can bring up a lot of big feelings. Be easy on yourself in the days that follow
  • Get into the body, give physical opportunities for the body to digest your experience through movement, touch, singing, or any ritual practice that feels sensual and slow.
  • Caretake and be gentle to yourself in the days following. Schedule rest, spend time in nature, and nourish with good foods.
  • Journal along your integration process, acknowledging what comes up for you.
  • Find the rhythm of your routine and settle into it.
  • Seek connection with trusted family and friends.
  • Avoid making any big life changing decisions for a few days.
  • Organize or clean something you’ve been avoiding.
  • Practice divination, meditate, or make an orgasmic offering.
  • Receive body or energy work.

If you need further 1:1 processing support I offer sliding scale services both in person and online.

Event Photos
What is Sliding Scale Ticket Pricing?Secure:

The highest cost reflects the true cost of the class or service. It is the cost that the practitioner would charge all students in the absence of a sliding scale.

IF:

  • You have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings
  • You have relationship resources + can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends
  • You are able to pay for "wants" + spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life

THEN:

  • You have economic security, privilege, + power in our community
  • This price is for you.
Stable:

The middle cost reflects the practitioner's acknowledgement that paying the full cost would prevent some folks from being able to attend, but who do not honestly find themselves reflected in either descriptions for the highest cost or the lowest.

IF:

  • You are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income
  • Your basic needs are met
  • You are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc

THEN:

  • You have economic stability in our community
  • This price is for you
Needing Support:

FOR: BIPOC (non-white), SWrs, pregnant or postpartum mothers, trans (not cis-gendered not heterosexual), disabled, Femmes, fat bodies +/ neurodiverse community members

The bottom cost represents an honest acknowledgment by the teacher and practitioner that there are folks whose economic circumstances would prevent them from being a part of classes if there was not be a deliberate opportunity made for them to access services at a cost that is reflective of their economic realities.

IF:

  • You struggle to maintain access to basic needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, etc
  • You are living paycheck to paycheck, are under or unemployed, + are in significant debt
  • You are rarely able to purchase new items

THEN:

  • You need economic support from our community.
  • You belong here, this price is for you.
  • You deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.

Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility.

Being honest with yourself + your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong + sustainable communities based in justice. It also respects the work of teachers + creators, like myself, you have families to support + rent to pay. When I am paid fairly, I am able to invest more time + resources to free + lower cost offerings.
