Family Constellations is a powerful method that brings clarity, love, and respect into your family system—both your family of origin and your current family. Through this process, you can shift the energetic field in which you live and create a foundation for more success, health, and harmony for yourself and the future of your children.
How do Family Constellations work?
This method reveals how the fates and experiences of previous generations influence our lives today. Even family members who are no longer with us leave energetic imprints that affect the system. Suppressed emotions and unresolved traumas can also transfer to others within the family.
How can you participate?
As an observer:
By attending as part of the audience, you can witness the constellations of others. Even as an observer, you will experience shifts within yourself—more clarity, understanding, and ease.
As a representative:
Participating as a representative in another participant's constellation allows you to explore roles that often resonate deeply with your personal life. This experience can be profoundly insightful and transformative.
