YOGA VIBE is thrilled to announce our upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certified by Yoga Alliance, led by the world-renowned Richard Lanza and Shawn Cornelison.
🌟 This comprehensive program dives deep into the art and science of teaching yoga, with a strong emphasis on practical skills.
Here's what you can expect:
🧘♀️ Designing your own Vinyasa or Hatha class for all levels of students
🕉️ Analysis of each posture focusing on functional movement, alignment, and modification
👐 Hands-on adjustment techniques
🌱 Physical and energetic anatomy and physiology
📜 Yoga philosophy, history, mantra, pranayama, and ethics
Upon completion, you'll have the expertise to establish yourself as a confident and capable yoga instructor in various settings. Candidates with at least 6 months of dedicated yoga practice of any style are welcome to join!
🎓 Graduates will receive Yoga Teacher Certification through Open Doors Yoga Studios, a registered Yoga Alliance program. Plus, you'll gain lifetime access to Open Doors Teacher Training Resource Center, an invaluable online library tailored for yoga teachers.
Best of all, our program is designed to accommodate your busy schedule. With sessions held over 10 weekends (Saturday and Sunday from 9:00-17:30), you can pursue your passion for yoga without disrupting your family or career commitments.
The training will be in TWO periods:
From September 07 to November 16, 2024, AND From March 08 to April 12, 2025.

Price for full payment by September 1st 2024: BGN 3,300
Price for payment on installments after September 1st: BGN 3,700
Deposit of BGN 500 is necessary for booking a space! The deposit is then deducted from the due amount.
