Целта на това обучение е да задълбочи разбирането ни за основните принципи на трансформационно-ориентирания подход на метода Бизнес Констелации.
Ян Якоб има дългогодишен опит както в работата със системния феноменологичен подход в екипи и организации, така и в организационните констелации.
В този майсторски клас участниците ще имат възможност да се запознаят с Ян Якоб Стам, неговите подходи към работата, начините, по които той гледа на констелациите и ги прилага, някои теоретични елементи, практически упражнения и въпроси и отговори. Ще имат възможност да наблюдават констелации в действие с някои от членовете на групата, да споделят, да направят диагностика на свой професионален случай от практиката и да изследват отношенията си с организациите, на които служат.
В този майсторски клас ще се съсредоточим върху:
• Как организационните системи се различават от семейните системи
• Какви видове елементи да се настроят в организационни констелации
• Работа с екип и констелиране на екип
• Различни видове констелации, напр. Диагностика, Сценарий, Консултация и др.
• Демонстрации с казуси от участници плюс размисъл
• Нагласата на организационния констелатор. Тъй като имаме само един ден, ще се съсредоточим върху • приноса и желанията на участниците, както и върху гореизброените елементи.
Обучението се провежда на английски език със симултанен превод на български.
За да можем да извикаме и създадем един задълбочен процес на учене, молим да имате предвид, че обучението е отворено само за фасилитатори на семейни констелации, студенти по метода и терапевти, с добро познание за семейната системна терапия.

For experienced people – students and professionals
The aim of this training is to deepen our understanding of the basic principles of the transformational-oriented approach of the Business Constellations method.
Jan Jakob has many years of experience in working with both the systemic phenomenological approach in teams and organizations, as well as in organizational constellations.
In this master class, participants will have the opportunity to get to know Jan Jakob Stam, his approaches to work, the ways he views and applies constellations, some theoretical elements, practical exercises and questions and answers. They will have the opportunity to observe constellations in action with some of the group members, to share, to make a diagnosis of their own professional case from practice and to explore their relationships with the organizations they serve.
In this masterclass we will focus on:
• How organizational systems differ from family systems
• What types of elements to set up in organizational constellations
• Teamwork and team constellation
• Different types of constellations, e.g. Diagnostic, Scenario, Consultation, etc.
• Demonstrations with participant cases plus reflection
• The mindset of the organizational facilitator. Since we only have one day, we will focus on • the input and desires of the participants, as well as the elements listed above.
The training is conducted in English with simultaneous translation into Bulgarian.
In order to be able to evoke and create a deep learning process, please note that the training is open only to family constellation facilitators, students of the method and therapists, with good knowledge of family systemic therapy.
