Η πρωτοβουλία Cycladic Identity του Μουσείου Κυκλαδικής Τέχνης διοργανώνει ημερίδα με θέμα: «Cycladic Identity σε Δράση: Ενεργοποίηση Κοινοτήτων και Δημιουργία Αντίκτυπου».Η ημερίδα θα αναδείξει τις Κυκλάδες ως ένα ζωντανό εργαστήριο συμμετοχής και συνεργασίας. Μέσα από θεματικές συζητήσεις θα παρουσιαστούν οι τοπικές κοινότητες, οι τρόποι ουσιαστικής ενεργοποίησής τους, ο ρόλος της τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης και οι προκλήσεις της πραγματικής εμπλοκής.
Η διαχρονικότητα και η σημασία της κυκλαδικής ταυτότητας θα εξεταστούν μέσα από διεθνή οπτική, ενώ εκπαιδευτικοί από τις Κυκλάδες θα ενώσουν τις φωνές τους για να συζητήσουν ζητήματα εκπαίδευσης και ενδυνάμωσης της νέας γενιάς.
Παράλληλα, θα διερευνηθεί πώς το φυσικό και κτιστό τοπίο των Κυκλάδων διαμορφώνει την ταυτότητά τους και πώς μπορούμε συλλογικά να προστατεύσουμε αυτό το μοναδικό σύνολο.

The Cycladic Identity Initiative of the Museum of Cycladic Art is organizing a one-day conference with the title “Cycladic Identity in Action: Engaging Communities and Creating Impact”.
The conference will highlight the Cyclades as a living laboratory of participation and collaboration. Through thematic discussions, local communities, the ways they can be meaningfully engaged, the role of local government, and the challenges of genuine involvement will be presented.
The enduring significance of Cycladic identity will be examined from an international perspective, while educators from the Cyclades will join voices to discuss issues of education and the empowerment of the next generation.
At the same time, it will be explored how the natural and built landscape of the Cyclades shapes their identity and how we can collectively protect this unique whole.
