Led by Registered Dietitian and Olympian, Alanna Bray-Lougheed, our Endurance Nutrition Workshop is focused on showing runners and cyclists (as well as other endurance athletes) simple strategies for managing their nutrition for peak performance. From how to fuel before workouts or how to recover post session and everything in between, Alanna will focus on making things as simple as possible so that you can implement these strategies into your practice ASAP. The format is also structured to allow for group discussion, so bring your questions and let's level up collectively.
