He'll showcase his balance of technical craft approachability and sustainability in a three-course meal including a mortadella antipasto; a lime leaf cured salmon and sea urchin pizza OR a Half Bird rotisserie chicken pizza; and an ube creme dessert.
A portion of the night's proceeds will benefit the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation providing disadvantaged children and children in crisis within Southern Nevada with new shoes and socks.
