A Somatic Movement, Holotropic Breathwork and Sound Journey

Step into a dark, cosmic space where the outside world disappears and your inner world becomes the focus. The room is intentionally dark, lit only by moving disco and colored lights, with tribal beats and live instruments creating a portal for you to move, breathe and drop deep into yourself.
ÉXHALE is a 90 minute guided journey that weaves somatic movement, Holotropic inspired breathwork and immersive sound to support emotional release, nervous system regulation and expanded awareness. This experience is designed to help you drop into your body, move stuck energy and leave with a clearer, calmer sense of self.
What to expect during the journey?
Arrival and Intention Setting
You will be welcomed into a dark room pulsing with soft cosmic lighting and atmospheric music. We take a few minutes to land, feel the space, and set a simple intention for your journey so your system feels safe to open.
Somatic Movement on Music
Guided by Cinderella, you are invited into gentle, intuitive movement to tribal and electronic soundscapes. Think slow, organic shapes, shaking, stretching and flowing, letting your body respond to the rhythm and the lights. This is not performance. It is a space to let your body lead, discharge tension and reconnect with your own energy.
Calming and Grounding Meditation
From movement, the pace slows. You are guided down to the ground, into stillness and a nervous system aware meditation that helps you feel supported, rooted and ready to go deeper. Your breath settles, your mind starts to quiet and your body knows it can rest.
Holotropic Breathwork Journey
You will then be guided into a connected, circular breath pattern that gently increases energy in the body. With clear cues and continuous support, this phase may help you:
- Release stored tension or emotion
- Access deeper layers of insight or clarity
- Expand your capacity to feel and stay present
You are always in choice. You can dial the intensity of the breath up or down to match what feels right for your body.
Immersive Soundbath and Integration
After the active breath, you rest back and are held in a sound bath of crystal bowls, live instruments and layered cosmic soundscapes. The dark room, the subtle movement of lights and the sound carry you into integration, inviting spaciousness, calm and inner quiet.
Closing and Grounding
We close with a gentle grounding practice and brief reflection so you leave feeling present, safe and resourced to step back into your life.
This workshop may be supportive if you are:
- Moving through transition, heartbreak, burnout or emotional overwhelm
- Feeling stuck, numb or disconnected from your body and intuition
- Looking for a safe container to express, release and reset your system
- Craving deep rest, cosmic vibes and a moment of sacred pause
What to bring
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Light blanket and/or pillow
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen (optional, for post journey insights)
ÉXHALE is held with trauma aware, consent based facilitation. All parts of you are welcome. You choose your pace, your edges and how deep you go.
