Over the course of the evening, Anna will lead you through:

3 guided meditations followed by journal prompts to help you identify what you want to experience, where you want to grow, and how you want to contribute in the year ahead
Demo on how to create a digital visionboard and tools and tips to create a living document that reinforces your vision throughout the year
Time to create your 2026 digital vision board, backed by science, for the best year yet!

Please bring a journal, pen, and a laptop, tablet, or your phone that you will use to create a digital visionboard. Light refreshments provided by Verbena.
