This month, John Culligan will be our special guest for this 'roots and blues' night, playing his own "roots music" of the 60's!
That's right. So much of the 60's music was distilled from the earlier roots and blues! Culligan has had first hand experience with that "being on the road" traveling and doing sound for Jimmy Buffett. He's also performed off and on, since the 70's honing his craft which comes off natural and fun with his personal arrangements from bands like CCR, the Stones, and The Band.
Speaking of fun, Greg Franklin is back with us again at this monthly shindig, that we've been doing for almost four years!
Guitarist Lee Kaminske, and Mandolinist Micheal Pavone are planning on joining this jam, where we'll be deep duck divin' the blues and roots of American music!
This is a chance to see special guest, John Culligan for a wonderful listening audience at this fine venue!
It all starts with the roots & blues gumbo music of the "Slide of Hand" Band @ 6pm!
Then John will go on @7ish.
