Mindfulness and yoga have been noted to help children increase emotional awareness, lower stress, and promote self-control and self-confidence; set your child up for success by helping them build these skills at a young age. Each day, your child will engage in exciting and creative ways to connect with their mind, body, breath, and imagination. Over the course of the afternoon sessions, campers will participate in interactive games, move through yoga poses and flows, learn breathing and mindfulness techniques, and tap into their creativity with art projects that they can take home and use.
$175 per child
$145 for children of unlimited members; siblings that attend together; or returning campers.
