Zveme vás na výsledné setkání a prezentaci platformy Artist to Artist, která se zabývá fungováním současné nezávislé performativní scény. Smyslem setkání je sdílet nabyté zkušenosti s dalšími členy kulturní obce a zároveň nalézt nové zájemce o účast v programu Artist to Artist pro rok 2025.Artist to Artist je platforma, v rámci které probíhá setkávání nezávislých umělců, umělkyň a uměleckých skupin působících v oblasti performativního umění. Umožňuje sdílení vědomostí a zkušeností z praxe, ale také nejistot a problémů vyplývajících z fungování systému českého uměleckého prostředí. Ať už se jedná o rozdělení rolí v rámci uměleckých uskupení, o financování a grantový systém, o nutnost a formu PR pro umělce a spoustu dalších palčivých témat. Studio ALTA je jedním z uzlů české nezávislé divadelní scény již 15 let. Snaží se aktivně naslouchat potřebám umělecké scény a potýkat se s postavením kulturních institucí a jejich problémy. A právě proto začalo již v roce 2022 iniciovat rozhovory mezi umělci a venues.
V roce 2023 tak oficiálně vznikla skupina Artist to Artist, jako nový a inovativní způsob, jak reagovat na současnou situaci umělců v nezávislém performativním umění. Místo, kde je možné své zkušenosti i problémy sdílet s ostatními kolegy a kolegyněmi z oboru, učit se od sebe navzájem a nacházet cestu kultivace pracovního prostředí. Bez nutného institucionálního zajištění – „pouze“ umělci umělcům. V průběhu roku 2024 setkávání probíhala s novou skupinou a během pěti celodenních setkání se již podařilo sdílet velké množství nesnází, ale také společnými silami najít řešení mnoha problémů a nedostatků.
V rámci skupiny jsme našli palčivá témata a následně je řešili v rámci debatního kruhu. Smyslem bylo jak podnítit crowdsourcing, tak nahlédnout do fungování ostatních skupin a porovnat způsob vedení jednotlivých organizací. Další část setkání byla pak zaměřena na konkrétní vzdělávání s pomocí lektorů – odborníků na daná témata.
???. ??. ?? ??:?? hodin proběhne v galerii SVĚTOVA 1 přibližně hodinová prezentace principů a závěrů, na které jsme během celého procesu přišli. Prezentaci doplní krátké příspěvky jednotlivých účastníků a následná debata, kterou bude moderovat zkušená moderátorka Daniela Voráčková.

Studio ALTA v celém projektu hraje roli pozorovatele a zastřešující organizace, která je oporou k možnému vzniku a fungování autonomní skupiny. Letošní ročník organizačně zajišťovali a koordinovali Lukáš Karásek ze spolku tYhle z.s. a Ester Trčková z kolektivu SPOLK.
Artist to Artist se v roce 2024 zúčastnili*y např. tyto jednotlivci a spolky – tYhle, SPOLK, Spielraum kolektiv, Holektiv, Robo Nižník, Debora Štysová, Natalie Tun, Zdenka Svíteková, Manus Art Collective, Justyna Tuchorska, Linda Straub, Alica Minar and collective, Bazmek Entertainment, Dočasná Company a další.
Artist to Artist je součástí platformy KULTIVÁTOR Studia ALTA pro proměnu fungování a praxí kulturních institucí. Projekt vznikl a probíhá díky podpoře Hl. město Praha, Ministerstva kultury, Národního plánu obnovy a Evropské unie.

We invite you to the concluding meeting and presentation of the Artist to Artist platform, which focuses on the functioning of the contemporary independent performative scene. The purpose of the meeting is to share acquired experiences with other members of the cultural community and to find new participants interested in joining the Artist to Artist program for 2025.
Artist to Artist is a platform facilitating meetings of independent artists, artistic groups, and collectives operating in the field of performative art. It enables the sharing of knowledge and practical experiences, as well as uncertainties and challenges arising from the operation within the Czech artistic environment. Topics include the division of roles within artistic collectives, funding and grant systems, the necessity and form of PR for artists, and many other pressing issues. For 15 years, Studio ALTA has been one of the hubs of the Czech independent theater scene, actively listening to the needs of the artistic community and addressing the position and challenges of cultural institutions. This led to the initiation of discussions between artists and venues in 2022.
In 2023, the Artist to Artist group was officially established as a new and innovative way to respond to the current situation of independent performative art practitioners. It became a space where artists can share experiences and challenges with peers, learn from one another, and work together to cultivate a better working environment—without the need for institutional backing—"just" artists supporting artists. Throughout 2024, meetings with a new group took place, and over five full-day sessions, participants shared numerous challenges and collectively found solutions to many problems and shortcomings.
Within the group, pressing topics were identified and addressed through discussion circles, aiming both to foster crowdsourcing and to gain insights into the workings of other groups, comparing organizational management methods. Another part of the meetings focused on specific training provided by experts on the given topics.
? ?? ???????? ????, ?? ?:?? ??, a one-hour presentation will take place at the SVĚTOVA 1 gallery, outlining the principles and conclusions reached during the process. The presentation will include brief contributions from individual participants and a follow-up discussion moderated by experienced facilitator Daniela Voráčková.

In this project, Studio ALTA plays the role of an observer and umbrella organization, supporting the potential establishment and functioning of an autonomous group. This year's program was coordinated by Lukáš Karásek from the tYhle association and Ester Trčková from the SPOLK collective.
The 2024 Artist to Artist participants included individuals and groups such as tYhle, SPOLK, Spielraum kolektiv, Holektiv, Robo Nižník, Debora Štysová, Natalie Tun, Zdenka Svíteková, Manus Art Collective, Justyna Tuchorska, Linda Straub, Alica Minar and collective, Bazmek Entertainment, Dočasná Company, and others.
Artist to Artist is part of the KULTIVÁTOR platform by Studio ALTA, aimed at transforming the operations and practices of cultural institutions. The project was created and continues thanks to the support of the City of Prague, the Ministry of Culture, the National Recovery Plan, and the European Union.
