By purchasing a ticket to participate, I agree to the following:

Exercise and photography release consent
I hereby authorize Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc Sigma Beta Zeta Chapter to use my Photo and or information related to my experiences with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc Sigma Beta Zeta Chapter.
I fully understand the risks associated with exercise, including the risk of bodily injury, heart attack, stroke or even death, but knowing these risks, I voluntarily participate in these exercise activities knowing the risk and I do not hold Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc- Sigma Beta Zeta Chapter liable for any injuries.

I release Zeta Phi Bet Sorority, Inc- Sigma Beta Zeta Chapter and their respective members from any liability which may arise from such use as social media, promotional materials, videotape and photography.
