There's great music, easy-to-follow moves, a great vibe and heaps of amazing welcoming people to get to know
You take it at your own pace and work to what your body allows you to. There is no need to push yourself so hard you pass out, you will get the benefits regardless
You don't need to be coordinated or have any rhythm, no previous dancing experience either. We learn all the moves together ?
You'll need a towel and water bottle, as well as comfy clothes and shoes
