ZUMBA Class with Guest Instructor Paula!Paula is a Colombian Zumba instructor who has been dancing since she was a child. Throughout her life, she has been part of different dance groups, including cheerleading, hip-hop, bachata, and salsa. Dance is her true passion, and it has always been an essential part of her life.
She currently leads a Latin dance group called “Wayta Pittsburgh”, where she shares her love for movement, music, and culture. Paula believes that through dance we can express ourselves freely, release stress, and let go of the daily worries that weigh us down.
Her Zumba classes are high-energy, fun, and welcoming for all levels, offering a great way to exercise while truly enjoying the moment.

ZUMBA® is fitness format that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
ZUMBA® routines incorporate interval training - alternating between fast and slow rhythms which benefits the cardiovascular system.
