Classes are held on Fridays, 5-5:45 pm, 9/12-9/26Everybody and every body! Zumba® is Latin-based dance fitness. This particular Zumba® class is mostly low impact, combining low intensity and high intensity moves, and using Latin and World rhythms. Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
Participation: Minimum 5 Maximum 20

Investment in Health: Monthly $5/class (paid before the 1st class) Drop in $7/class* (cash preferred after initial registration)
*once the minimum number of registrants needed to hold the series is reached, a drop in option will also be added
