Rise and shine! Start those weekday mornings off on the right foot by swinging by MD Fitness Orange County for a complimentary zumba class at 9 a.m. Our Zumba Orange County teachers will have your pulse pumping and body grooving with fun latin-style dance routines set to feel-good beats.
Classes are every weekday at 9 in the morning, giving you a fabulous way to energize your day. All fitness levels are invited to join the party. Zumba is a super calorie-burning workout that doesn't even feel like exercise.
You'll be having such a blast dancing you'll forget you're getting fit! Classes are an hour and completely free. It's the most enjoyable way to get your morning workout in!
