Expect vibrant music, dynamic choreography, and the kind of energy that lifts the spirit and moves the soul. Come dressed in your boldest workout gear and get ready to dance your heart out to salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, tango, Brazilian rhythms, belly dance, bachata and more!

💫 Quan
Teaching Zumba since 2019, Quan brings pure love and joy to every class. He’s passionate about Latin rhythms and leads classes across Port Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge, and North/West Vancouver. Quan believes in dancing with heart and happiness!
🔥 Mariela
A professional dancer from Argentina with over 20 years of experience teaching and dancing Latin Rhythms, Mariela shares her infectious energy across the Tri-Cities and Gold’s Gym. She sees Zumba as a celebration of movement and community.
