Come and dance your way to sweaty happiness in Zumba!
Medium intensity. You can do as little or as much as you want, so keep moves small and low or make them fast and big.
Zumba makes you happy and burns calories, it’s also fabulous for your brain!!

No rules! You don’t have to be a good dancer or coordinated, just wiggle and giggle your way through it!
Running trainers with a deep tread are not ideal for this class as they grip the floor too much, so trainers that have a worn out tread, dance shoes or anything that cushioned with a fairly flat low tread that allow a bit of twist on the floor are better.
