Zumba Gold is the perfect gentle dance workout set to Latin beats and popular tunes — designed especially for active older adults or anyone wanting to ease back into exercise. Whether you’re shaking it standing up or taking it easy from a chair, this class is all about moving at your own pace and having a blast doing it.
Led by our fantastic instructor Clare, these sessions focus on making you feel amazing—body and mind—while giving you the chance to meet new friends and share plenty of laughs.
No booking needed, just turn up and join the fun for just £5 a session. Plus, enjoy complimentary refreshments after 45 minutes of dancing.
