About this Event
Zumba Gold is designed for older adults and people who are not used to exercising or may be limited physically. This class is delivered at a lower intensity with a variety of music and dance styles.
This is a fun class and bookings are essential. Come along, enjoy the music and meet other people.
Important things to note:
- Classes are free to attend however a $20 PCYC annual membership will be required.
- Registering for a class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise
- Please BYO water bottle.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
