Zumba Gold is designed for active older adults as well as individuals new to fitness who are looking for a modified, low-impact Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The class design introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreo that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat! Prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. This class is co-taught with Zin Mitzi Montgomery, Zin Yavaughn Perkins, & Zin Kelly Shinabargar! Please arrive 15 minutes early if it's your first time to check-in & pay since we start dancing at 9:00am! Bring water, wear comfy clothes and gym shoes.
