Instructor Demetra Tsantes has worked in the Fitness & Dance field for 15 years, specializing in balance, strength, coordination, dance, and bringing movement to all ages from 1 to 101. She holds fitness training certifications through ACE, Silver Sneakers, Zibrio Balance, Exercise Etc, Zumba Fitness, SAIL, Matter of Balance, and the Arthritis Foundation's Walk With Ease program.
