ZUMBA Class with Tina!

Tina is licensed ZUMBA® Instructor with some other ZUMBA® specialties licenses such as ZUMBA® Gold, Zumbini®. She is also teaching Barre, Yoga, Piyo, Silver Sneakers and her own class creation Mommy and me classes.

What is ZUMBA®?
ZUMBA® is fitness format that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
ZUMBA® routines incorporate interval training - alternating between fast and slow rhythms which benefits the cardiovascular system.
